Produced deliverables including:
Static & animated conference logo
Branded presentation templates
Agendas (print & digital)
Name tags automated via Canva Data Importer
Sponsor packs & post-event thank you letters
Email layouts & newsletter templates
Posters & directional signage
Animated event kickoff video
Seating charts & printed table centrepieces
QR signage for interactive elements (e.g., charity auction)

Reflection
This project sharpened my end-to-end event design skills — from concept to execution — and strengthened my workflow in Notion for project tracking.
Experience from the Smith&Smith "Best of New Zealand" event helped me approach this confidently and adapt quickly to challenges.
Key Takeaway
Establishing the visual direction early allowed for smoother execution, consistent branding, and high-quality deliverables — all while keeping production in-house.
